Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations


  1. Anantham means and refers to the registered company “Anantham Precious Jewels Pvt. Ltd.” having CIN: U74999MH2015PTC261269 registered under the Companies Act, 2013 having it’s registered address at 1A Shanaz, 90 Nepeansea Road, Laxmibai Jagmohandas Marg, Mumbai 400006 also referred to as the “Vendor” herein.

  2. Purchaser: Any person who chooses to purchase any product or service from Anantham.



At Anantham, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product or have received the wrong or defective one, we've designed an easy and convenient return / exchange system for you.




  1. We're happy to offer you an exchange or full refund provided you inform us and return the item within 7 days from the date you received the item.

  2. Personalized or Engraved products cannot be exchanged or returned.

  3. Ensure you have proof of purchase, original tags, intact packaging, and the original certificate (mandatory).

  4. Ensure there are no signs of damage or wear on the products.

  5. The selected process will be only successful after the product is received, reviewed & passed by our Quality Assurance team.

  6. We shall not bear responsibility for any items lost or stolen after you have confirmed its receipt from the courier service.

  7. All return shipping and handling costs shall be payable by the customer, on actuals.

  8. Once the return is confirmed and approved by us, your refund amount/exchanged item shall be processed at the earliest.

  9. All purchases, exchanges, returns, and any and all dealings you have with Anantham will be subject to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy that you have agreed to by using this website, and Anantham shall have sole discretion in refusing a sale, return, and/or exchange subject to no liability on the part of Anantham towards the purchaser or any related party.

  10. Anantham bears no liability towards any purchaser or their related party for non fulfilment of return and/or exchange.

  11. Repairs of products are contingent upon a variety of factors, like the time elapsed from the time of sale, wear and tear, and handling.

Exchange Process


  1. To make your return and exchange completely seamless, our team is happy to guide you through the process : Initiate your request via email at or call us on +9193720 20547 early enough to enable a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Please share the following details: Order number, full address, reason for the exchange / refund.

  3. You will need to send us a clear picture of the item you are returning, along with the proof of purchase, at the time of making a request for return/exchange.

  4. We will then instruct the courier team to pick up the item from your given address.

  5. Ensure the product is returned in the original Anantham tamper-proof packaging, along with the original invoice, certification and/or other necessary documents as determined by Anantham.

  6. The refund / exchange process will be initiated only when the product has been received, reviewed & passed by our Quality Assurance team. If the product passes Quality inspection, you will receive a full refund or exchange within 15-20 days of our confirmation by the Quality Assurance team. The timeline for this is liable to change basis various conditions, at the sole discretion of Anantham.

  7. Refunds are payable in the original form of payment used to make your purchase. Once the product is received, and it passes through our quality checks, your refund will be processed.


Repair and Process

  1. Repairs of products are contingent upon a variety of factors, like the time elapsed from the time of sale, wear and tear, and handling. Of course, we will be only too happy to accommodate such requests as we stand by our products and are confident of their workmanship.

  2. You first need to contact us at or +9193720 20547 and send us a request, along with a snapshot of the damaged item and proof of purchase.

  3. Once our Quality Assurance Team inspects the piece and is satisfied that it can be repaired, we will intimate you and you can then ship the product back to us.

  4. Please do note that the costs of the repair will be borne by you.  

  5. After communicating additional costs to you, if any, and your confirmation of the same, we will make all attempts to fix it to the best of our ability, and ship it back to you.



  1. If you wish to cancel your order, for any reason that may arise, please contact our Customer Service Team. If we receive your cancellation notice and the order has not been processed or approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. Request for cancellation of orders shall only be valid and accepted if they are made within 24 hours of order confirmation. Anantham reserves the right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. In using this site, you acknowledge that you shall not dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

  2. There may be some orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to decline or cancel any orders for any reason. Some situations may arise resulting in your order being cancelled such as limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, description or pricing information, or problems with billing. Before accepting any order, we may require additional information or verification(s). We will notify you if and when your order or a portion of your order has been cancelled, or if additional information is required before we accept your order. In case your order has been cancelled after your debit/credit card has been charged, the amount billed will be re-credited into your card account. Anantham shall bear no liability for any cancellation.
